Archiv für Rechts- und Sozialphilosophie (English: Archives for Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy) is a peer-reviewed academic journal of philosophy, publishing in German and English. It is the official journal of the Internationale Vereinigung für Rechts- und Sozialphilosophie. The journal is indexed in the Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals and was ranked "B" on the European Science Foundation's ERIH list.[1] The Netherlands School for Research in Practical Philosophy has ranked the journal as "A".[2]
